Edmundson Family Endowment Fund

Established in 2023 by Tamara K. Hanlin and George R. Hanlin in honor of their father John Hanlin. The fund is to  provide support to projects and programs benefitting Penn Township, Jay County, Indiana.

Lee G. and Linda L. Hall Endowment for the Arts

Jay County Historical Society Genealogy Endowment Fund

Established in 2001 by the Jay County Genealogy Society, which merged with the Jay County Historical Society in 2009. The purpose of the fund is to provide support for preservation and collection of genealogy records and related programs conducted by the Jay County Historical Society.  Category: Organization Endowment Fund

Jay County Trails Club Fund

established in 2019 by the Jay County Trails Club. The fund shall provide support for the construction and maintenance of recreational trails in the community. Category: Organization Endowment Fund

Limberlost Cemetery Association Fund

David Brent Miller Jay County Boys and Girls Club Fund

Established in 2011 through gifts from Barbara Kadinger, Bob and Carol Stephens, and the Jay Community Center. Portland Evening Optimist Club Fund

Established in 1992 by the Evening Optimist Club. This fund was the first between the Foundation and a local service club.  The fund is an advised fund with youth as its focus. Category: Organization Endowment Funds

Portland Morning Optimist Club Fund

Established in 1989 by the Morning Optimist Club to provide funding to programs, services, and support to Jay County organizations. The advised trust was transferred to the Portland Foundation in 1993 to help carry out its purpose. Category: Organization Endowment Funds

West Jay Community Center Endowment Fund

Established in 2000 as a fund of The Dunkirk Foundation by the West Jay Community Center Board of Directors. The fund is to provide operating support for the organization.  The fund was transferred to The Portland Foundation in 2023 when The Dunkirk Foundation merged with The Portland Foundation.

West Jay Community Center Non-Permanent Fund

Established in 2008 as a fund of The Dunkirk Foundation by the West Jay Community Center Board of Directors.  The fund is to provide support for major repairs at the West Jay Community Center.  The fund was transferred to The Portland Foundation in 2023 when The Dunkirk Foundation merged with The Portland Foundation.

Westchester Cemetery Fund

Established in 2006 by the Nancy J. Saxman 2003 Revocable Trust. The fund is to provide support for maintenance and historical upkeep of the cemetery. Category: Organization Endowment Funds
