Established in 2011 through gifts from Barbara Kadinger, Bob and Carol Stephens, and the Jay Community Center. The fund is to provide support for the Jay County Boys and Girls Clubs, programs of the Jay Community Center. Mr. Miller, owner of Miller Aviation, died in a plane crash in March 2011.
