Established in 1999 by the will of Betty Kovaluk in memory of her parents. This fund is used to support the educational programs of the Foundation, including the Care and Share Philanthropy Program for third grade, the sixth grade College Visitation Program, and the Teacher Creativity Mini-Grant Program.
