Established in 2014 by Ron and Loni Freeman.  This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  The Freemans are longtime Jay County residents and Ron is a former member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, where he served as board president.
