Established in 2014 by Danielle Moser. Danielle is a former Jay County resident who lost her parents Greg and Marianne Moser in a plane crash when she was in college. The fund will provide scholarships to graduates of Jay County High School and high schools in King County, Washington who have lost at least one parent. Category: Scholarships
