Established in 2014 by James & Claudia Cull and Bill & Mary Davis. This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Jim is a 1964 graduate of Portland High School.  A Portland Foundation scholarship helped pay for his degree in chemical engineering. Claudia is a Cleveland native and taught elementary school children for 36 years.  As residents of Cleveland Heights, they have served on numerous boards and commissions in the Cleveland area.  The Davis’ were longtime Jay County business owners and civic leaders. They were owners of Limestone Products, Inc. while Mary was a member of the Foundation’s Boards of Trustees and Bill served as a founding member of the Jay County Development Corporation Board of Directors as well as District 33 Representative in the Indiana General Assembly.  Category: Unrestricted Funds
