Established in 2024 by Tanner R. and Sara E. Reynolds. The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide support for educational scholarships, for students who meet the following qualifications: Are graduates of Jay County Jr-Sr High School, Jay County, Indiana, are residents of either Dunkirk, Pennville, or Redkey, Indiana, are a multi-sport athlete, having participated in at least three years in two or more sports, and are pursuing a postsecondary degree.
