established in 2014 by Stephen’s mother Stephine Hicks. Stephen was killed in an automobile accident in May 2014. He was a 2010 Jay County High School graduate and went on to study Culinary Arts at Ivy Tech. He loved to cook and was a chef at Lil’ Bistro in Redkey. He also had a passion for sports and was a member of a local adult softball league. The fund shall provide scholarships to Jay County students with preference given to those majoring in Culinary Arts.  Category: Scholarships
