Established in 2015 by the family of Seth L. Corwin, who was killed in 2015 by a drunk driver. The fund is to provide support with first preference given  to members of the Jay County High School Marching Patriot Band who show the need of financial assistance for the Band’s annual band camp. Second preference is given to Jay County High School graduates who are pursuing a degree in music. Category: Scholarships
