Established in 2018 by Rusty and Elizabeth Inman. This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  Elizabeth is a Jay County Corporation elementary teacher and Rusty is the Executive Director of the John Jay Center for Learning.
