Established in 2018 by Jack and Connie Ronald. This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  Jack was retired as the President and Publisher of The Commercial Review newspaper at the time of his passing in April 2022 and Connie is an environmental consultant.
