Established in 2018 by Rob and Mindy.  This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Rob and Mindy are owners of WPGW Radio, and  Mindy is retired from teaching Physics at Jay County High School. They both are active volunteers for many community organizations.
