Retter Family Fund, a fund of The Dunkirk Foundation, was established in 2018 by Greg Retter and Connie Retter in memory of their grandparents Roy and Marjorie Retter and their parents Johnny and Lois Retter.  This unrestricted fund shall provide support as directed by the Board of Directors.
