Established in 1991 by Mrs. Shreeve’s will. The Shreeve’s were longtime residents of Allen County, but Mr. Shreeve attended school in Jay County. After reading about the Foundation in The Commercial Review, they decided to leave part of their estate to the Foundation. The fund is to provide scholarships to Jay County High School graduates.
