Established in 2003 by Steve Zielinski in memory of his wife who passed away after a valiant battle with cancer. Margo was a teacher in the Jay School Corporation for 31 years. The fund is to provide scholarships to Jay County High School graduates who are pursuing a degree in education. Category: Scholarships
