Established in 2019 by Louis and Glenna Stephen. The fund will provide scholarships to students who are Jay County High School graduates and are majoring in Engineering at Purdue University. Louis and Glenna were longtime Jay County residents who ere active in their church and civic organizations.  Gary is a Purdue University graduate and a retired airline pilot.. Category: Scholarships
