Established in 2015 by the Jay County High School Class of 2001 Alumni. The fund is to provide scholarships to Jay County High School graduates  who are pursuing a higher education degree and have at least a 2.3 grade point average on a 4.0 scale and show financial need.  Category: Scholarships
