Established in 2013 by Larry and Maria Hiatt. The fund is to provide scholarships to non-traditional college students pursuing a degree in education. Maria is a retired teacher and Larry retired from Portland Forge. They volunteer in many community organizations. Both are active in the First Presbyterian Church where they ae 50+ years members.
