Established in 2001 by Judith L. Wible, M.D. in memory of her father, Dr. John F. Wible, a sensory impaired engineer. The purpose of the fund is to provide support for the education of sensory impaired children, including providing scholarships to Jay County High School graduates pursuing a degree in Special Education, supporting the Jay School Corporation’s Hearing Impaired Program, and supporting the Jay County Early Childhood Intervention Program.
