Established in 2018 by Jerald and Julia Schwomeyer. This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Jerald was a retired employee of John Deere and Julia is a retired teacher.  Category: Unrestricted Funds
