Established in 2014 by Jim’s five children. Jim was a former member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees who founded the Jay Petroleum Company and the Pak-a-Sak convenience store chain. He was passionate about the community and served on several local boards including the Jay County Fair Association and Portland Chamber of Commerce. The fund will provide scholarships to Jay County students majoring in Entrepreneurship. Category: Scholarships
