J. Arthur Williams-Orville Easterday Trust

Established in 1952 by the Jay Garment Company. This is one of the first two original trusts of The Portland Foundation and the first to be funded. The trust was established as a memorial to Mr. Williams and Mr. Easterday, founders of the Jay Garment Company. Both men were business and civic leaders. The trust was originally established to fund scholarships but was amended in 1978. Category: Unrestricted Funds
