Established in 2019 by Bill and Becky Hinkle in memory of their families and Cheryl D. Hinkle.  This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  The Hinkle’s are active in the community and Bill is a former member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees .
