Established in 1964 by the Schwartz’s daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Jenney. The Schwartzes were the founders of Standard Brush and Broom Company and were longtime civic leaders. The fund is to provide scholarships to Jay County High School graduates. Category: Scholarships
