Established in 2004 by his daughter, Kim McAbee, in honor of her father. Mr. Inman was a Portland businessman and longtime youth advocate. The fund is to award scholarships to high school graduates who exemplifies the characteristics by which Mr. Inman led his life, with first preference given to members of the Rock Student Ministries at the Rock Missionary Church.
