Established in 2021 by Dunkirk Kiwanis Club. The fund will provide scholarships to students who are graduates of Jay County Jr.-Sr. High School. First preference will be given to students who are residents of Dunkirk, Pennville or Redkey, Indiana. Second preference will be given to students who are descendants of members of Dunkirk Kiwanis Club. Category: Scholarships.
