Established in 2018 by Doug and Lori Inman. This unrestricted endowment will  provide support to Jay County organizations under the directions of the  Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Lori retired as Director of Nursing at Parkview Regional Medical Center’s Women and Children’s Hospital and Doug is the longtime Executive Director of The Portland Foundation.  Category: Unrestricted Funds
