Established in 2024 by Doug & Debbie Jackson, and Chris Snow. The fund is to provide scholarships for students who are accepted into and attend accredited two- or four-year public or private institutions of higher learning. Students are to be graduates of Jay County Jr-Sr. High School, who are pursuing a degree in Biology, Science Environmental Studies, or Animal Care.
