Established in 2022 by Doug Horn, Jenae Blasdel, Dana Dull, Loryn Horn, and LeAnn VanDeman in memory of their wife and mother. The fund will provide scholarships to students who are residents of Jay County who are non-traditional and are pursuing a post-secondary degree in a healthcare related field. First preference shall be given to those students pursuing a degree in nursing. Category: Scholarships
