Established in 2019 by Barbara L Garringer. The fund is for students who are graduates of Jay County High School with a grade point average of 3.5 or above. The scholarship is for students attending Ball State University or Purdue University who pursue a major in Consumer and Family Sciences, Food Science or Nutrition.
