Established in 2024 by Kaleb and Brittany Hemmelgarn.  This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. The Hemmelgarns are lifetime Jay County residents and Kaleb is a Board member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, where he serves as board Vice President.
