Established in 2023 by Chuck and Susan Huffman. This fund is to provide funds in perpetuity benefiting Jay County. The Huffmans choose to make this an unrestricted fund to that the Foundation would have the discretion in years to come to address community needs that may not exist today or that the Huffmans may not be aware of in the future.
