Established in 2017 by the will of Dorothy H. Hamma. This fund is to provide scholarship with first preference given to non-traditional students pursing post-secondary education (including certifications, degrees, and union journeyman cards) that are either Jay County School graduates or have obtained their certification of a high school equivalency. The fund may also provide scholarships to Jay County High School graduates pursuing a post-secondary degree in their junior or senior year of  study. Category: Scholarships
