Established in 2008 as a fund of The Dunkirk Foundation, by SDP Manufacturing, Inc.  The fund is to provide support to benefit the Dunkirk community, as directed by the company’s board of directors.  The fund was transferred to The Portland Foundation in 2023 when The Dunkirk Foundation merged with The Portland Foundation.
