Established in 2019 by Nancy Rivera and Janice Caudill as a memorial to their parents.  This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin were lifelong Jay County residents and were active in the community.
