Established in 2019 by the will of Ronald L. Shoemaker. The fund will provide funding for the construction and maintenance of Greenway Trail in Jay County or a similar program for outdoor exercise or recreation. Mr. Shoemaker was a Portland resident who taught school for many years in Fort Recovery, Ohio.  Category:  Restricted Fund
