Established in 1983 by Mr. Lou Wasmuth as a living memorial to his interest in the welfare of Portland. He was a longtime community leader and former owner of Portland Motor Parts. Lou asked that when funds were used that his wife Eula and son Alex be recognized. Category: Unrestricted Funds
