Established in 2019 by Rob and Lexie Penrod.  This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  The Penrods are owners of Williamson, Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home and Rob was a former member of  the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
