Established in 2004 by their sons Gary and Doug Loy. Longtime civic leaders, the Loys owned Ernest Loy Real Estate and Auctioneering. The fund is to provide scholarships to students from Jay, Blackford, and Randolph Counties in Indiana and Mercer County, Ohio, who were involved in extracurricular activities in high school.
