Established in 2011 by Julie Forcum in memory of her parents. Dr. McAfee practiced optometry in Portland from 1952-2003 and Mrs. McAfee was a Registered Nurse Anesthetist. The fund is to provide scholarships to Jay County High residents who are enrolled in either a Doctoral Program in Optometry or a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program. Category: Scholarships
