Established in 2018 by Ernie and Norma Whitacre in memory of their son who was killed in action in 2007 in Afghanistan in Operation Enduring Freedom. The fund is to provide support to Jay County High School graduates that have enlisted in any branch of the military by assisting in offsetting the cost of uniforms or travel for the new recruit.
